Navigate in eLearning

eLearning Product that provides hard and soft skills training, applicable for the entire employee life cycle (before, during, and after the hiring process), and includes training assessment and design tools. is a module within the Workforce Optimization suite.

In addition to using the eLearning module to assign and manage lessons and competencies, users also need to use a number of other Workforce Optimization suite modules to create and manage organizations, groups and members, configure notification alerts and generate reports.

It is important to note that access to all available modules and their functions in the Workforce Optimization suite is controlled through the use of roles. A role defines the access rights of users and each user must be assigned a role to log on to the Workforce Optimization suite. When a user logs on, only those functions to which the role of the user has access are displayed or enabled.
