Access eLearning from the Workforce Optimization suite

1. Access the Workforce Optimization suite. Open your web browser, and type the URL for the Application Server in the address bar. The usual format for the URL is:

   http://applicationservername/wfo

   You must use the ApplicationServerName that was configured for your Application Server. The ApplicationServerName can be a fully qualified domain name or a short name that was configured as an HTTP alias. Consult your network administrator.

   The logon screen appears in a separate window. You must have pop-up blockers disabled/pop-ups enabled for the internal URL for the logon screen to appear.

   If you are using both the WFO web application and the Workforce Management Forecasting and Scheduling application, you use the same user name and password for both.

2. Type your user name and password in the appropriate boxes.

   Your Logon Name and Password are case-sensitive and can include a maximum 64 characters, with no spaces between characters.

3. Based on the eLearning Product that provides hard and soft skills training, applicable for the entire employee life cycle (before, during, and after the hiring process), and includes training assessment and design tools. task you want to complete, point to the:
   • eLearning module to manage lessons and competencies right away
   • User Management Module that an administrator uses to create a profile for each employee in their organization. module to manage employees, add or delete organization members, and assign roles. For more information, see the Workforce Optimization User Management Guide.
   • Organization Management Module in WFO that allows administrators to set up different hierarchies to manage users from a single, unified, Web interface. module tab to manage organizations and groups, add or delete group members, create or modify roles, and configure priority and competency rank options.    • Tracking module to configure notification alerts
   • Reports module to configure and print reports
